Graphic design is constantly evolving. Design standards exist for good reasons, but as a designer, I must also know when to do some mindful convention-breaking. After a decade in the industry, I’ve seen that the possibilities within my field are endless—but great design is more than beautiful. It’s meaningful, it’s effective, and it lasts.
I never want to stop expanding on my craft—experimenting and picking up on new techniques, skills, and software whenever possible. I’m comfortable working solo and happy to work in groups with different professional backgrounds.
When I’m not thinking about design, you might find me noodling on a piano, learning a new crochet pattern, unwinding with a graphic novel, or thinking about design anyway.
